Christmas Services
The Longest Night Service: December 21, 2011 at 7pm.
This service is for those who have experienced grief, separation, sadness, and/or anxiety over the loss of a loved one, a job, a divorce, or anything that does not want to make you "deck the halls". If you need a comforting, spiritual service, then this one is for you.
Family Christmas Eve Service: December 24, 2011 at 5pm.
Carols, candlelight, and children's music! The Family Christmas Eve Service is a lighter service that is aimed towards families, and families with small children. The Sounds of Praise children's choir will be singing, along with plenty of beautiful music, and a message that won't leave you empty.
Traditional Christmas Eve Service: December 24, 2011 at 7pm.
A service full of light. Traditional choir, soloists, candle lighting, and carol singing will enhance the Christmas Story in scripture and in message. If you want a traditional Christmas, consider joining us for this service.
Meditative Christmas Eve Service: December 24, 2011 at 9pm.
The gentle music of guitar accompanies candlelight, carols, and scripture, plus an opportunity Holy Communion. A truly beautiful service for those who prefer a more intimate setting.
Christmas Day: December 25, 2011 at 10:45am.
Just a simple, laid back service. Wear your holiday sweaters, because we're singing carols and telling the Story. The kids can bring their favorite toy for a Blessing of the Toys.
New Year's Day: January 1, 2012 at 10:45am.
A chance to renew your commitment to Jesus, to taste and see that the Lord is good. And to begin your new year with sweet hope.
***No 8:30 service on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
We hope you'll come and join us in worshiping Jesus at one of these services! |

Welcome! Whether you found us on purpose or by accident, you are important to us. Growing people into the deep love of God is why we're here! Our name, Grace, means 'gift.' We hope to be a channel of the gifts of God to the greater Lafayette area.
If you need information about attending worship, getting connected, joining with us in our mission to grow followers of Jesus Christ to change the world, or just want to know what's happening among the people of Grace, you can find it here. If you can't, for whatever reason, we hope you'll call or stop by to talk to a real, live person who cares about you.
You matter to God and to us!
Rev. Lore Blinn Gibson, lead pastor
